Eligibility & General Conditions

A.B.C CARS PTY LTD provides a 14-day return policy for eligible vehicles and machinery, subject to the following conditions:

Reimbursement Terms

Customers receive 100% of the purchase price upon approved return, excluding non-refundable fees such as delivery charges, payment processing fees, taxes, registration costs, and reconditioning expenses.

Eligible Buyers

This policy applies to dealers and individual buyers in Australia purchasing vehicles or machinery located within Australia.

Eligible Vehicles & Machinery

To qualify for a return, the item must meet these criteria:

Condition Requirements

The vehicle or machinery must be free of structural damage and returned in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear from responsible use.

Minimum Sales Price

The purchase price must be $1,000 or higher to qualify for return eligibility.

Eligible Inventory

Our return policy covers a wide range of vehicles and machinery, including but not limited to:

• Passenger vehicles and automobiles
• Commercial vehicles and trucks (heavy-duty and medium-duty)
• Agricultural and construction equipment
• Off-road vehicles, ATVs, and recreational vehicles
• Forklifts and industrial equipment
• Trailers and caravans

Condition of Sale

Items sold “As Is” qualify for returns under this policy, provided all other conditions are met.

Return Terms & Conditions

Return Period & Usage Limits

The 14-day return period begins upon receipt of the item at your specified delivery address. The item becomes ineligible for return if it exceeds:

• 100 kilometers of travel (for road vehicles)
• 20 hours of operational use (for machinery and equipment)

Our return policy does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, reckless operation, or unauthorized modifications during the trial period.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our sales team at sales@abcvehiclegroup.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the return process step by step and ensure compliance with all return conditions.

Shipping & Inspection

Return Shipping

A.B.C CARS PTY LTD arranges and covers return shipping exclusively through our approved carriers. This ensures safe transportation and proper handling of your returned vehicle or machinery.

Inspection Requirements

All returned items must be in their original condition with no unauthorized modifications, structural damage, or evidence of misuse. A thorough inspection will be conducted upon receipt to verify compliance with return policy conditions.

Restocking Fees

If damage, unauthorized modifications, or excessive wear beyond normal use is discovered during inspection, a restocking fee may apply. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount and calculated based on the extent of damage or required reconditioning.

Refund Process

If the returned item meets all return criteria and successfully passes our inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable charges.

Exclusions

This return policy does not apply to new equipment or vehicles purchased as new. Returns are available only for pre-owned, certified, and “As Is” inventory as specified in your purchase agreement.

Governing Law

This return policy is governed by Australian Commonwealth Contract Law and applicable consumer protection legislation. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
